We're excited to announce the completion of this Valley Center home restoration! This complete home restoration began before construction ever started. We worked closely with the homeowner throughout the property acquisition process, helping to evaluate the opportunity, purchase the home at auction, and develop a plan for its renovation. While the home's structure was in excellent condition, it needed significant updates throughout. Our team completed a full cosmetic restoration while preserving the character and charm of the original hardwood floors. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems were all updated to meet current code requirements. To better fit the homeowner's needs, we also transformed the basement by adding a modern primary suite complete with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The result is a beautifully restored home that blends timeless character with modern comfort and functionality.
